Customer Service
We maintain a customer Feed back Programme which runs parallel to both our valuation and estate management reports with a view to eliciting views from our customers at all times. This has helped us improve our efficiency substantially. We continuously embark on continuous professional development (CPD) programmes for our members of staff through in-house training and seminars where our staff members are trained on customer care, communication skills, professional ethics, practice and procedure among others.
