Metrocosmo Limited is a Valuation and Real Estate Consultancy Company operating in accordance with the necessary local and regional legislations and international requirements/standards of the profession. The Company was established in 1994. It is well represented in this region with Nairobi, Thika, Mombasa, Nakuru, Eldoret, Kisii and Dar-es-salaam in Tanzania. This enables us to give a well-balanced, customized and efficient service delivery at minimal disbursement costs.

The leading consultants in the company are well trained and registered with the necessary statutory bodies regulating the activities of Valuers and Estate Agents in this region in accordance with the necessary statutes. They are also full members of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (I.S.K) which is affiliated to the following international professional bodies:-

• Association of Professional Societies of East Africa (A.P.S.E.A.)
• Federation of International Surveyors (F.I.G.)
• Commonwealth Association of Surveying and Land Economy (C.A.S.L.E.)

This Institution, mainly through the Valuation and Estate Management Surveyors (V.E.M.S.) Chapter, governs our professional activities. Indeed the valuation standards in this country are outlined in the Valuers Handbook (pages 118-132) which is based on the international accepted standards as stipulated by the International Valuation Standards Committee (I.V.S.C.).

The Real Estate Consultancy Services, which is the core of our business, can be categorized as follows:

• Valuation of both movable and immovable assets including: Loose Assets i.e. fixtures fitting, equipment, furniture, land, buildings etc
• Valuation of specialized assets; plant and machinery including:- Auto mobile i.e. motor vehicles and related equipments
• Management of residential, commercial and industrial properties
• General real estate consultancy including sales and lettings, feasibilities studies, rental surveys, condition surveys among others etc.
